It was running fine before, but when I left it overnight and came back, it was changing 0.001% about every 10 minutes. The CPU Time always is the same when I click properties and the estimated time barely changes but it says it's running and the elapsed time is changing. I tried restarting boinc but still running slowly. Is my boinc or task broken? Other projects work fine.

Hi

Check if the ATLAS VMs are running in the VirtualBox Manager. Do the startup? You should see a login screen.

I am having the exact same problem. Checked under Task Manager and I have 4 processes listed as follows "ATLAS_vboxwrapper_1.37_windows_x86_64:" which would match the 4 Atlas@Home apps that are visible under BOINC manager. Oracle Virtual Box also shows the 4 apps and lists the correct names for each.
The estimated time remaining for one of the apps is 3 seconds. It took about 4 hours to get for 4 seconds remaining to 3 seconds. This might imply 12 more hours or this thing might never actual complete

This happens as well to some tasks on my machines. Very rare, but some tasks per month hanging like you've described. I abort them.
