Soon we will release a brand-new graphical interface to ATLAS@Home so keep your eyes on the news!

This message board has been created for questions/discussions/feedback on the new interface, so we look forward to hearing what you think!

Mark a WU, that is running 10 minutes or longer and then click "Show Graphics" in your BOINC-Client.

A new window should open and voila ...

I dont seem to have any WUs nor do i ever seem to have had any, never really noticed this before as i run a number of different apps and just leave them to get on with it. There must be some link or page that I can go to to download the app? Surely i must have done that in the first instance? I cant remember but it's the normal method

Did you already attach your client to Atlas@Home ?

Then look here: http://atlasathome.cern.ch/forum_thread.php?id=510&postid=4650#4650

Maybe that is it, i am using boinc 7.6.22 X86 which (Though it is not clear to a casual user) I suspect is NOT 64 bit. That could be the problem. However it seems to me that the people writing the atlas client should try to be more user friendly and make it more obvious what is wrong.

Works fine with Chrome and FireFox but Windows Edge and IE11 only get to Loading.... and no further.

Thanks for the info. It looks like a problem with xml parsing in the javascript libraries we use. We are working on a way around this problem.

This should now be working on IE and Edge browsers. Please let us know if there are still problems.

Graphics do indeed now work with Edge and IE11 8¬)

FireFox and Chrome already reported as working.
Hopefully users of any other browsers will report functionality (or not) also.

Firefox 48.0.2 show port of Atlas@home-Task,

and then is loading and loading without showing the graphic.

Edit: single-Tasks no multi-Tasks.

Does it work ok now? On Monday we made a new version of the interface (adding info on the badges) but it had a small bug. This was fixed shortly after.
