We incidentally discovered that at regular time intervals, a few high memory ATLAS test jobs were also submitted to BOINC causing several issues on the client side. The submission of these pathological jobs has been canceled.

We apologise for the inconveniences caused.

I have a sequence of 6 jobs that have been running for 50-57 hours. Should these be aborted? They have read 100% for the last 20 hours.

What I do is just suspend all but 2 to 3 and wait till they finish and resume some more and they should finish. You sound like you're having the same problem that I'm having. It could be due to running to many ATLAS task at once. Check your Task Manager and see if you memory is at 100% usage. It could be over that and physically check to see if your hard drive is clicking away.
